Had my Osteopaths appointment and my back appears to be bad enough to warrent another one as soon as Tuesday! Thats rather worrying.

Back was really sore today but I am taking Hotaru's advice and thinking 'Happy Back' thoughts ^ - ^

Pain is bad.

Other than that, everythings ok.

I miss Sivy. I want to tell her about my hair!
