Game Rant - Advent Children! Yahoo!

**Waves** Hi everyone!

Well it's been a good few days. Thursday was actually kinda cool. I have a 2hr lecture with Mick on Thursdays and he's actually a nice bloke when (and I hate myself for thinking this) Sarah isn't there. He has a tendancy to focus on her and people find him irritating as a result.

Anyway after our lecture, we had our magazine meeting. Lorna is joining our groups so we got told 2-3 and we have 5 but never mind!

Ours is basically a lads mag for girls called Femme Covert.

Also got details of my presentation. Lorna and I are doing one about foreign news in newspapers. But thats not for another 6 weeks or so!

Friday was wierd because it felt like Saturday and Saturday felt like Sunday and Sunday feels wierd...

Satruday was goo though. Spent the day listening to Radio 4 comedy shows and playing FFVII (played FFVII on Fruday too ^ - ^) and then went to Comedy Club with Liz.

They had three really funny guys on including Marcus Bridstock who appears on the Now Show and other Radio 4 comedy shows which was really cool. He was very funny but the guy who came after him was even better. The headliner wasn't as good as the warm-ups but he was still funny enough for me.

Have today watched a trailer for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children and it looks so cool! I am so pleased that all the characters are in it! I had heard rumours that only Cloud, Tifa and Barret appeared but that trailer shows that that is *so* not the case! Vincent looks so cool as do the Sepiroth cloanes / off-spring, who are the bad guys. Even the Turks are in it! And Yuffie!

There's also a trailer for an anime called Before Crisis which, from what I can gather, is set in Shinra *before* the game.

I am downloading the longer trailer for that as I type.

Also, doesn't FFXII look so cool!? It's supposed to be the last FF game being produces for Playstation, they made a bead to move to the GameCube, or so I am told. I heard that ages ago so it could have changed by now.

...Ok have just finished watching the Before Crisis trailer and it looks SO COOL! Tseng, Reno, Elena, they're all there and kicking ass! And the Summons **whistles**

Also - Dirge of Ceberus, which appears to be a game focusing on Vincent. Talk about cashing in on the franchise!

Now I don't know how much of this will make it out of Japan. Advent Children will of course but apart from that...

Who cares! Advent Children!

Wonder if it will be DVD or general release...or specialised...

Hmm...I'd actually intended to write about drinking today but I think gaming is more fun ^ - ^. To write *and* read.

Ok well I am going to try to do some writing before the OC starts in 20mins.
